Shipping and delivery
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our orders take 2 to 5 working days on average. If you order before 2pm, we will do our best to pick and pack your order and have it out of our warehouse by the next day.
Do you ship to my area?
We ship nationwide in South Africa.
Will my items come in one package?
All products ordered are picked and packed in our warehouse and will arrive in one package.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will receive a notification with your waybill number when your order leaves our warehouse. It is then processed by our partner courier company, who will send you updates about your order. You may use the waybill number to track the status with the courier.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the product is sent to your correct address. If your order has not left our warehouse, we can change the address before requesting a pickup from our courier. Email info@cherryandco.co.za with the required changes and your order number.
