Orders take 2 to 5 working days on average. If you order before 2pm, we do our best to pick and pack your order and have it out of our warehouse by the next day.

We deliver nationwide in South Africa.

Yes. Everything you order is picked and packed in our warehouse and arrives in one package.

When your order leaves our warehouse you receive a notification with your waybill number. Our courier partner then sends you updates, and you can use the waybill number to track the parcel with them.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not left our warehouse, we can change the address before we book the courier. Email info@cherryandco.co.za with your order number and the correct address.

Email info@cherryandco.co.za with an explanation of the problem and a few photos so that we can verify it. If there is a problem with a product, we arrange collection and give you a refund or an exchange.

Changed your mind? Within 5 days of receiving your order we will refund unused products. You pay the courier fee to return them, and the refund is processed once we have received and checked the products.

Email info@cherryandco.co.za with an explanation and photos. Once we confirm the problem, we arrange collection and refund or replace the product.

If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already left our warehouse, you pay the handling fees to return it.
